Using Georgia Weddings
These terms govern GeorgiaWeddings.com and its account and venue tools, operated by Georgia Weddings ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

A venue discovery service
Georgia Weddings helps people browse and compare wedding venues and helps authorized representatives manage venue information. A listing, saved favorite, venue claim, or invitation is not a booking, reservation, endorsement, or guarantee.
Prices, capacities, amenities, availability, policies, and other listing details can change or be incomplete. Some information comes from public sources or venue representatives. Confirm important details directly with the venue and review its written agreement before making plans or paying.
Venue and vendor agreements, payments, cancellations, refunds, event services, and disputes are handled between you and the relevant provider. We are not a party to those agreements and do not control third-party services.
Accounts and authorized access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
If you act for a business, venue, or team, you must have authority to do so. Do not impersonate another person, claim a venue without authorization, misuse an invitation, or attempt to access another account or restricted tools.
Google Sign-In, when available, is an optional way to sign in or create a basic account. It does not grant business, venue-owner, or staff privileges. Connecting Google to an existing account requires the connection process shown by the service. Keep another usable sign-in method before disconnecting Google.
Venue information and photos you provide
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, format, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate Georgia Weddings and present the relevant venue listing. This includes making practical image sizes and displaying listing information to visitors.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and allow these uses, including permission for photographs, recognizable people, and information about others. Keep business details accurate and do not present inspiration images as photographs of a venue.
This permission ends when your content is removed from the service, except for backup copies and records reasonably needed for legal, security, or dispute purposes. Copies already shared with others or included in their records may remain outside our control.
We may review, correct, restrict, or remove content that is inaccurate, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms. Providing content does not require us to publish or continue displaying it. To report an error or a rights concern, email us with the affected page, the relevant content, and details of your concern.
Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not send spam, upload malicious files, probe for unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or disrupt the service.
- Do not collect other people's personal information without authority or use automated access that overloads the service or bypasses access restrictions.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship with Georgia Weddings, a venue, or another business.
Use the service in accordance with applicable law and the permissions actually granted to your account.
Our content and third-party services
The website's design, software, and original materials belong to us or their respective licensors. These terms allow ordinary use of the service, not ownership of those materials or permission to use a third party's photos, trademarks, or other protected work outside its license.
Links, maps, photos hosted elsewhere, Google Sign-In, and venue or vendor websites may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. An external link does not mean we control or endorse everything on that website.
Availability, changes, and account closure
We may change features or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict content or suspend or close access for violations of these terms, abuse, legal requirements, or a material risk to the service or others. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You can stop using the service at any time and use account settings or contact us to request account deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically remove public venue information or other people's shared business records. The privacy policy explains how deletion and retention work.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and listing information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular event. We cannot guarantee a venue's availability, condition, pricing, safety, or performance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on listing information, or dealings with a third-party venue or vendor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates, concerns, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms and date on this page and provide additional notice where required by law. Material changes apply going forward, subject to any notice or agreement required by applicable law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
